Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IPG Health.
Intern
Started with a phone screen asking basic questions about which team I was interested in. Then, I had an hour-long behavioral interview with two team members. It was a really nice experience, one of the best I've had.
- What is your understanding of the meaning of account management?
Intern
This was the first phone screening for the Bold Beginners Internship Program. I chatted with the recruiter, and it was a good talk about the program. The questions were pretty standard.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Could you describe the most meaningful project you've worked on?
Intern
It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview, mostly to gauge your general fit rather than checking specific qualifications. Be aware, the company is really unresponsive and unprofessional, so don't count on getting a reply.
- Can you describe your previous experiences, educational background, and employment history?
