First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IPG Health.
Associate Account Executive
Applied for the Fuel AAE role. The interview process was quite long, starting with an HR screening, followed by a take-home assessment. After that, I had Discovery Days, which included a group interview and a final interview with senior leaders. You can expect typical behavioural questions. The group interview is mainly to assess how you collaborate with others and function within a team. The HR team was very supportive throughout.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
Account Executive
The interview process involved an initial 45-minute OTP interview, followed by an assessment that included an Excel task and a writing task, and then a final round interview. This whole thing started in Nov 2024 and I got the offer in Jan 2025.
- Can you define what a leader is and share an example of when you've shown leadership?
- What are your thoughts on leadership, and can you provide a specific instance where you've demonstrated it?
Account Executive
The interview was pretty conversational, with most questions being competency-based. They were friendly throughout. I also had to give a 5-minute presentation about something I'm passionate about.
- Can you share an instance where teamwork was necessary?
- Tell me about a time you successfully resolved an issue.
- Are you familiar with the responsibilities of this position?
