First, there's an MCQ round where they ask questions about programming languages and tech from the job description. Then, a coding/technical round, possibly on HackerRank or an IDE, to check your programming basics and problem-solving skills. After that, you'll have a Managerial Round to chat about your technical background, projects, and how you'd fit the team. Finally, an HR Round to cover company rules, salary, career plans, and if you're a good cultural fit.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was comfortable. It was just one round that lasted about an hour, and it included both technical and behavioral questions. They shared a lot of insights about the company. I was told the workload is really heavy and requires full commitment, which was a bit daunting, especially after seeing online reviews about a negative work environment that put me off. But overall, my interview experience was okay.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite tiring and not very considerate. You'd get a call in the evening to come in for an interview, but then have to wait until the next morning for an initial screening with the Recruitment Officer. After that, they'd ask you to come back the following day for three more interviews, which also started three hours after the scheduled time. The delays were even worse because they scheduled these during their weekly company program review. You'd wait for three long hours without any snacks or drinks. The three separate interviews were with the Senior Operations Manager, Transition Manager, and Client Services Manager. If everything went well, you'd then be referred for an interview with the HR Manager and finally the Site Manager. After this whole series of interviews, it's all or nothing to move forward to any further interviews; ironically, you might end up in a candidate pool.

  • How would you manage a challenging and demanding client for a campaign?
