Trainee Engineer
The interview was smooth and efficient, and the interviewers were professional and respectful of my time. They made sure the process was quick and without any unnecessary delays. I liked their organized approach and how they asked questions concisely, which made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.

Engineer
This was the most unprofessional and nightmarish interview experience of my career. It involved 6 interviews over 2 months, multiple calls, and follow-up emails for a role supporting Palo Alto Networks. I was interviewed by Palo Alto staff, including a Director. The process was managed by iOPEX in conjunction with an Indian consulting firm called Code Analytiqa. Initially, I wasn't very interested, but their persistent communication made me believe they were serious. After completing the 6 interview rounds, I was told I got the job. By that time, I had already accepted another offer. I was honest with iOPEX about this, but they strongly tried to dissuade me from taking the other job, even promising I'd start the following week. I received an email from iOPEX stating, "!!! You have been selected for TAC Engineer Role – Krakow, Poland. Your offer letter is getting ready, will be released the earliest." I followed up, and they kept assuring me the offer was being prepared, even forwarding an email from the Palo Alto Director confirming my hiring. After two weeks, I grew suspicious and contacted the Palo Alto Director on LinkedIn. He politely clarified that Palo Alto was not responsible for the hiring process, even though I had interviewed with them. Shortly after, iOPEX admitted there was no job for me, contradicting their previous statements, and asked me not to contact Palo Alto. I escalated, and an HR Supervisor from iOPEX India stated they had never made me an offer. This situation has been incredibly costly, leaving me unemployed and facing eviction.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Can you start next week?
Trainee Engineer
The interview process was moderate and good. They started with a list of registered candidates, then moved to a commutation round/GD. A few candidates were selected from the communication round for the next stage. The following round was an Online Technical Assessment focusing on networking questions. Shortlisted candidates from there would proceed to a technical interview plus an HR interview.
- What is your knowledge in networking technology and its hope?
