I applied to IONOS and got a call from the Product Manager. I picked a date and joined the call, but nobody from their side showed up. I sent emails to HR twice but didn't hear back. After about 1-2 weeks, the same job was posted again, so I reapplied, got another invite, and scheduled another interview with the same PM. This time, the interview actually happened and it went really well! I felt super prepared and was expecting to move forward. But then, after the interview, I got totally ghosted. HR wouldn't respond to my follow-ups, and even the PM didn't reply.

The process was friendly, relaxed, and attentive. It was a dialogue of mutual interest. During a pleasant exchange, I had all my questions answered to my full satisfaction. So, it started with HR, then I did a writing task, after that a technical interview, and the last thing was an interview with the manager. It went pretty good, just be confident and focus on the technical stuff.

We did a short introduction of both sides. Then we went through my resume. We talked about strengths and weaknesses, and my plans after studying. The position was explained by the department.
