I had three online interviews. The first was with an HR person who asked basic questions. The other two were with the VP of the team. Both were very friendly and did not pressure for time.

So there's just one interview, but it's got two parts. First is a technical part, lasting 1-2 hours, with 2-4 managers. They'll ask stuff about the job you're going for, based on the programming language, and sometimes random IT questions pop up. Then, there's a half-hour soft skills part with the HR person and one of the managers, where they ask basic questions about how you communicate, work in a team, and your creativity.

It was a good experience with a relaxed atmosphere. Questions were addressed well and weren't too difficult. The first part was with HR, and the second involved three team leads. After the interview, before I accepted the offer, I asked the manager for more details about the team, and they were very helpful in answering everything.
