Working Student
It started with a quick intro, then they laid out the tasks I needed to do. I had about a week to get the presentation ready and finish the case study. The whole interview took about an hour.
- Can you commute to the job site?

We did a short introduction of both sides. Then we went through my resume. We talked about strengths and weaknesses, and my plans after studying. The position was explained by the department. Framework conditions for working at IONOS were discussed. The next steps were explained. There was time for open questions.
- What makes you want to join IONOS?
- A question about changing employers.

First, there was a brief small talk, then I introduced myself, followed by some questions about my suitability. These were not exactly easy, though. You should already have some knowledge and be prepared to demonstrate something on the whiteboard.
