I applied online. The Global Recruiter emailed me for the first interview, but the local team called me a few days later for an in-office meeting even though I hadn't spoken to the recruiter yet. I requested an email confirmation, but they couldn't provide one. The recruiter liked my background and seemed impressed. However, I was deemed overqualified for the role, and the budget for a Team Leader position was too low, so we decided not to move forward. My advice to the local office: improve communication with the global team and rethink salary structures to attract and keep professional talent.

The interview process was smooth and well-organised, consisting of three rounds. The first round was an initial conversation with the recruiter, who provided a great overview of the role and company. The second round was a more in-depth discussion with one of the directors, focusing on my experience and suitability for the position. The final round was with the same director and my potential line manager, where we delved further into the role and team dynamics. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and I felt well-supported at each stage.

The interview process for the Partnerships Sales Manager role at IWG involved a first-round Zoom interview. During this first round, the interviewer seemed really casual, dressed in what looked like home clothes and was drinking coffee. This made me feel like they weren't being professional and didn't really care about the interview process. Their casual way of acting made me feel awkward and like I wasn't being taken seriously as a candidate. It was a bit of a letdown to see that lack of professionalism from a company of this size.

the interview process was way too long and kept getting rescheduled, with different interviewers each time. Once, a meeting was scheduled, but the interviewer didn't even show up and I got no explanation or apology. I tried calling the recruiter multiple times, but she was unreachable. She only messaged two days later saying she was on leave, as if she didn't know about the interview and her phone wasn't working. Such a complete waste of time! This was my first time experiencing such unprofessionalism from an international company. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time applying here.
