Had 3 interviews. I mentioned I needed to drop off and pick up my kids from school, and they said that was fine. Then they offered me the job. But when I mentioned the school timings again, they said they couldn't be flexible with the timings and rescinded the offer.

The same day I applied, the recruiter sent me details about the hiring process and asked to set up a phone chat. We had a good conversation that same day over the phone, and she told me the manager who speaks my language would contact me to assess my language abilities. I spoke with the manager who asked about my resume, my past work experiences, and some hypothetical scenarios, asking how I'd approach them. After I finished speaking with the manager, the recruiter got back in touch, mentioned the positive feedback, and invited me to the office for an interview.
