Manager
It was a pretty messy interview process, honestly. Lots of mistakes happened, from when they tried to schedule things to the final offer letter. It took weeks just to talk to two people. The hiring manager didn't even seem to have a clear idea of what the job actually involved.
- What's your strategy for handling stressful situations?
Head of IT
So the interview process started with a chat with the HR manager, then I had a meeting with the line manager. After that, I met with the line manager's boss, who is the CIO. We had one last round to sort out some questions with both the HR and line manager, and then they gave me the offer.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Service Management?
- Have you had any prior work experience with Automation?
Service Manager
The hiring process had 3 main steps. In each step, I interviewed with different people from the company like HR and executives. For every stage, they asked me about my work history, how I approach things, and also wanted me to share real examples where I demonstrated the skills listed on my resume.
- Could you elaborate on your professional experience and attitudes?
