Behavioral

This was the first stage of the hiring process, conducted online. The questions were pretty basic, covering past job duties, soft skills, and future professional aspirations. I didn't feel comfortable with the recruiter because she barely paid attention to me and kept looking around and talking to her colleagues.

Behavioral Technical Technical

The hiring process had three parts: two talks and one written test. First, I met the head of tech support in person to chat about my tech skills, experience, and why I want this job. Second, I had a phone call with an HR person to check my language skills and work background. Third, there was a written test about languages, tech stuff, and problem-solving, with multiple-choice and open-ended questions. It was a cool and challenging process that helped me get what the job needs and show what I can do.
