Recruiter
This was the first stage of the hiring process, conducted online. The questions were pretty basic, covering past job duties, soft skills, and future professional aspirations. I didn't feel comfortable with the recruiter because she barely paid attention to me and kept looking around and talking to her colleagues.
- Tell me about your previous job functions.
- What is your biggest daily challenge?
- What are your top 3 strengths?
Customer Service Representative
First, I had to send a one-minute voice memo on WhatsApp introducing myself. Then, the recruiter set up a virtual interview to chat about different things and see how good I am. After that, there was a virtual English test, and they decide if they hire you based on how well you know English (B2+ level).
- Could you start by introducing yourself?
- Tell me about your favorite hobbies.
- How would you discuss various topics to test your proficiency?
Support Technician
The hiring process had three parts: two talks and one written test. First, I met the head of tech support in person to chat about my tech skills, experience, and why I want this job. Second, I had a phone call with an HR person to check my language skills and work background. Third, there was a written test about languages, tech stuff, and problem-solving, with multiple-choice and open-ended questions. It was a cool and challenging process that helped me get what the job needs and show what I can do.
- Can you explain the difference between ADSL and Fiber Optic?
Guest Service Agent
The process included an interview for a Guest Service Agent position. It covered motivation, presentation, strengths, weaknesses, and situational judgment. It also touched on the professional and personal environment, honesty, product diversity, national diversity, and multiple work sites. This is a great, well-known multinational company with various objectives and potential for evaluation.
- Can you present your motivation?
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your strengths?
