Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intelcia.
Customer Service Agent
The interview had a spelling test for everyone present. They also asked us some questions to gauge our previous experience. It felt like they weren't looking for a lot of prior experience, but rather checking basic skills and attitude.
- Did it involve a spelling test?
Customer Service Agent
It was awful, they told me during the video interview that I had to go for an in-person interview that same day with no prior notice, and then a few days later they changed the training date and then cancelled it. The training was 8 hours a day for 15 days, paid 10 euros per day, and only paid in the next payroll if they hired me.
- Basic questions, nothing special. And that's it.
Customer Service Representative
First, I had to send a one-minute voice memo on WhatsApp introducing myself. Then, the recruiter set up a virtual interview to chat about different things and see how good I am. After that, there was a virtual English test, and they decide if they hire you based on how well you know English (B2+ level).
- Could you start by introducing yourself?
- Tell me about your favorite hobbies.
- How would you discuss various topics to test your proficiency?
