This interview was challenging, and without proper preparation, it would be tough to succeed. The most crucial aspect is to be well-prepared regarding your resume and ready to tackle situational questions.

It was pretty straightforward. I checked in at the front desk and then met with the manager. They asked me some standard interview questions, like why I was interested in the job and about my past experience.

I went through 3 interviews with the Area manager and the district manager. They were pretty cool at the time. They mainly asked general questions you'd expect for this kind of position. It took them a week to get back to me with a decision.

It was a pretty easy and quick interview process, though there was a long wait to actually get interviewed, but it was worth it. You should expect about a month-long wait to be interviewed because most days are already booked. It was a good summer job, and the pay is decent for the warehouse industry. The process itself was detailed, with tons of information provided about the job, which was different and interesting. The people were good, there were many candidates, and high diversity. They encourage education and require a high school diploma, but they accept any background. They were very clear about expectations, and the process was swift and efficient. Dress formally and come prepared.
