It was a pretty easy and quick interview process, though there was a long wait to actually get interviewed, but it was worth it. You should expect about a month-long wait to be interviewed because most days are already booked. It was a good summer job, and the pay is decent for the warehouse industry. The process itself was detailed, with tons of information provided about the job, which was different and interesting. The people were good, there were many candidates, and high diversity. They encourage education and require a high school diploma, but they accept any background. They were very clear about expectations, and the process was swift and efficient. Dress formally and come prepared.

I sat down for my interview with Integrity Staffing and felt comfortable, not intimidated at all. Everyone in the office was pleasant and spoke to me. The interviewer asked me a series of personal information questions, and some questions about my preferences to see which position would be best for me. After about twenty minutes, he gave me a paper with all the info I needed and a start date. We shook hands and I left happy.

The hiring process included an orientation, classroom training, and on-the-job training. The classroom portion of the hiring process was quite bad; we had to sit in a cold classroom that was uncomfortable and were warned that falling asleep would result in automatic dismissal.
