Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integrity Staffing Solutions.
Regional Operations Manager
I went through the hiring process that the warehouse associates do, starting with prescreening, then skills testing, and finally the interview. After completing the regular interview and being identified as a management candidate, I then proceeded with an internal corporate recruiter to finalize the hiring process. The process was straightforward, easy to follow, and effective in identifying the specific skills needed for the candidates.
- What would be your immediate first action if the city of Las Vegas experienced flooding?
Shift Manager
You have about 1-2 phone interviews, then an in-person interview at a site. They compensated for gas for the travel, and I also did a 2-week paid training at another site. The interviews were simple and not intimidating.
- No specific questions were asked during the informal in-person interview.
Shift Manager
After I sent in my application, I got a call back a few days later. My first interview was at the recruiting office with the operations manager. Then, the second interview for the shift manager role was at the actual Amazon warehouse. I met with both the site leader and the operations manager together in that interview.
