So, there were 8 of us candidates in total. We kicked things off with a quick icebreaker where everyone did a short intro. Then, I had my own 20-minute presentation with one interviewer. After that, I went into a one-on-one behavioral interview that lasted about an hour. To wrap things up, we were split into pairs for a group presentation exercise, which also took around an hour.

The whole process took about four months. It started with an application, then there was the Artic Shores Game Assessment, followed by a 10-minute telephone screening. After that, there was a Virtual Assessment Centre. The phone call involved basic questions about the role. The assessment centre included another interview with standard competency questions, a 5-minute personal presentation, and a paired case study exercise. Notably, no technical assessments were part of the process. The recruitment team was helpful, though some interviewers seemed a bit disengaged. It took 3 weeks to get the results of my application.

I had an online test with math questions that were doable and relevant, with reasonable time limits. Then there was a phone call where they asked about me and why I wanted to join RSA. It was pretty chill if you'd done your homework. The last part was an in-person assessment day where I met some team leaders. Everyone was super nice! We started with a video about the company's history and then a quick icebreaker game with the other candidates. After that, there was a case study where another candidate and I looked at an info pack and figured out which products to buy for a given company. I also had to come up with a business idea for RSA before the assessment day to present to two people. They seemed really interested and asked good questions.
