Since this is a Store Manager position, the interview process is pretty thorough. It kicks off with an initial chat with another store manager. A big part of this interview is about operational skills like hiring, onboarding, leading a team, managing the store facilities, and how you handle ordering supplies. The next step is an interview with the district manager, which covers the same kinds of skills. There's a final interview with the regional manager, but I didn't get that far so I don't know what they talk about.

Interview went great. Was told I would receive either an acceptance or denial letter. I waited for over two weeks when I was told it should only be a few days. I never heard back. I understand being busy but if you're going to ghost someone don't say over ten times that they'll definitely get back to you regardless of hiring. Especially when you say its your personal beliefs. Just plain wrong.

The interview process was pretty good. I got asked simple questions about when I'm available, how confident I am about running a shift, and we talked about my past work experience. The whole thing was super short, like ten minutes. They asked a few questions that were really easy to answer. After it was done, they said I got the job if I wanted it.
