Store Associate
Interview went great. Was told I would receive either an acceptance or denial letter. I waited for over two weeks when I was told it should only be a few days. I never heard back. I understand being busy but if you're going to ghost someone don't say over ten times that they'll definitely get back to you regardless of hiring. Especially when you say its your personal beliefs. Just plain wrong.
- Can you tell me about the company's history?
Retail Assistant
It was cool I felt like I was getting a cool job because of the questions and the job environment and it made me feel really comfortable and it made it so I knew it would be super cool to be working in collegetown at this location and with the questions and the job environment
- Tell me about your previous job.
Baker
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked questions to get a sense of my past work experience and my personality. I also had to show what I knew about the store’s products. They seem to want employees who are not only hard workers but also contribute to a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
- How would three words describe you, and can you elaborate on why?
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What are some of your key personality traits?
