Had a really bad experience with them. They made me do a take-home coding challenge that I'm sure took several days to complete. After I sent it in, I heard nothing back. I followed up a week later and they told me they hadn't even started reviewing it yet. Then, radio silence again. Super unprofessional and rude. Just a terrible experience overall.

I had a recruiter screening over the phone. The interview itself was okay. My negative review is due to the process. When I inquired about the next steps, the recruiter mentioned they had a final interview with another candidate the following day and didn't want to waste my time. It could be argued that speaking with me at all was a waste of time, especially since I never received any follow-up. If a company has such little regard for candidates, it's likely the employee experience isn't much better. This aligns with the generally low Glassdoor reviews.

Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

So after the initial phone screening, they had me come into the office for a written test. It was about 30 minutes with 15-20 open-ended questions covering OOP, C#, Asp.Net, Git, SQL, and JavaScript. They were meant to be pretty tough, not expecting all answers, just to see where my strengths and weaknesses lie. On the same day, I got a call saying the dev manager liked my test and wanted me to move on to meet with HR. However, the HR manager was busy, so I ended up having a technical interview with a dev manager and a senior dev instead. They were really nice, made me feel comfortable, and apologized for the change. We chatted about my experience, and then they asked me to draw out a project I'd done on a whiteboard. The whole thing lasted about 45 minutes, and I felt like I learned a lot from the process. The next day, they let me know they decided to go with other candidates.

Technical Coding

My interview with InfoTrack was pretty rough. It started off okay with a chat with the CTO, and I thought the hiring process was going to be straightforward. They laid out the expectations, and the role seemed like a good fit. Then I got a take-home coding test that took me a few days to complete. I really tried to make it well-coded, tested, and presentable, assuming it'd get a good look. But after I sent it in, radio silence. No confirmation, no feedback, and my follow-ups went unanswered. It felt pretty unprofessional to be left hanging like that after putting in so much work. Even a simple reply would've been better.
