First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InfoTrack.
Software Engineer
Had a really bad experience with them. They made me do a take-home coding challenge that I'm sure took several days to complete. After I sent it in, I heard nothing back. I followed up a week later and they told me they hadn't even started reviewing it yet. Then, radio silence again. Super unprofessional and rude. Just a terrible experience overall.
- Completed a take-home coding challenge, and answered some questions regarding my background and experience.
Software Engineer
After a recruiter call, I was asked to do a project, which took a couple of days to complete to a high quality. I thought they were happy with my experience, but there was another interview after the final one due to some circumstances. This interviewer had awful people skills, and I’m glad I didn’t get the offer.
- Was asked to do a project, which consisted of the frontend, backend, and DB along with testing.
Software Developer
We had 3 interviews. The first one was to test general preparation, personality and cultural fit. The second was a technical interview with a whiteboard session. Finally, there was an interview with the HR manager and CEO, where it was important to be yourself and not pretend to know things you don't, as it could get pretty intense.
- Can you walk me through a project you've worked on and are familiar with, using the whiteboard?
- Tell me about your preparation for this interview.
- How do your personality and skills align with our company culture?
