Data Analyst
They asked basic questions about Power BI and SQL, like basic SQL keywords and Power BI functions like DAX and Power Query. There were also scenario-based questions, and questions about how to increase performance and what Power Query does.
- Can you describe a situation where you would need to analyze data, and what steps would you take?
- What are some fundamental SQL commands you've used?
- Can you explain the purpose of DAX within Power BI?
First Officer
So the interview was like, first a recruiter call, then they got into the technical stuff with some basic CPL questions. They asked about the RTOW Boost function, flight levels, aquaplaning, memo items, and holding patterns. Then they switched gears and asked some HR questions about Indigo's pillars and principles, and also inquired about the current fleet.
- Could you tell me at what flight level the ATR typically operates?
- Can you explain the RTOW Boost function?
- What exactly are flight levels in aviation?
Cabin Crew
So the interview process has about 3 to 4 rounds. First is the HR round, then a Group Discussion, followed by Medical and grooming, and finally, an interview with the leadership team. The first round is an introduction, where they ask about your height, weight, and age. The second round involves discussing a given topic. The third round is a grooming session conducted by the company. The final interview is with the company's leadership team, where they might ask anything from basic to general questions.
- Why are you interested in this particular company, and what motivates you to pursue a career as a cabin crew member?
- Can you tell us about yourself, including your height, weight, and age?
Cabin Crew
To get started as a cabin crew member with IndiGo, you'll first need to send in your application. Make sure you meet the basics like age, height, education, and if you can speak a few languages. After that, if you get shortlisted, there might be an online test. This could be about your personality, how you think, or your language skills. If you do well on that, you might be invited to a group discussion or a video interview. The group discussion is to see how you talk to people, work in a team, and solve problems. In the video interview, you'll record yourself answering questions. If you impress them in the group discussion or video interview, you'll move on to a personal interview with some judges. They'll check your communication, customer service, problem-solving, and if you know your safety stuff. If you ace the personal interview, you're in! They might do a few more checks like medical and background verification before finalizing everything.
- What's a destination you really like?
