Customer Service Representative
It's pretty straightforward. You'll need to do some quick research on IndiGo via Google. They're going to ask you about the airline. The main thing is to appear confident and cheerful. Just make sure you've got your grooming on point, speak clearly, and dress well.
- Could you describe the responsibilities of ground staff?
Customer Service Agent
They are looking for candidates with aviation experience on their resume and will select them based on that. The job description only mentions good communication skills as a requirement. We were selected for a GD and then moved to a personal round. However, during the personal round, they questioned why an engineering graduate would apply, suggesting we were wasting their time and should have applied for roles like business development executive or voice process. They do not treat candidates respectfully. One recruiter for South India behaved very poorly. They seem to lack basic recruitment and screening knowledge, which makes one wonder why they are hiring at all.
- If a person has completed an aviation course, they will get a job, and other departments, especially engineering graduates, are not considered.
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty standard process. First, they reviewed my resume. Then there was a screening phase, and finally, the main interview. I liked that it was broken down into three parts. They asked about my personal background and my interest in aviation.
- Why are you interested in aviation?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Do you have any information about your family?
