Interviewed with HR and then an Assessment Center which included a presentation, an interview, and a group discussion with other participants and a large team selection from Imperial. Received an offer one week later. It was a positive experience and a good chance to meet the whole team.

It took about 2 months, involving a mix of online and in-person interviews, plus an online assessment. The interviewers weren't really coordinated, so getting feedback was tough, and you got the feeling they hadn't talked to each other. The last interview seemed like just a formality because the interviewer had already made up their mind and spent an hour with me without really trying to get answers. They were also unprepared, didn't have my assessment results, and weren't even sure who I'd met.

  • The interviewers' questions seemed to rely heavily on assumptions from my CV, rather than actively seeking more information.

The recruiter and interviewers initially made a great impression, emphasizing employee experience, which is important to me as an HR professional. But after a long seven-week process with many interview rounds, I only got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward. It felt impersonal, especially at the end, and didn't match the earlier vibe. There was also poor communication and long waits for responses, even when they promised timelines. Overall, it felt like their actions didn't align with what they said.

First, I want to mention that the interview was conducted online with someone from HR. It was quite pleasant, and we mainly discussed my academic studies and work experience. After that, I was invited for another interview with someone from the finance department. The interview followed similar lines, and there were also some questions about basic MS Excel knowledge. Finally, in the third interview with the department's manager, we had a conversation with some classic interview questions.
