Had a few assessment stages, starting with online tests, then an HR chat, and finally a case study. I liked the case study part, as there were many tasks and options to pick from. Communication was good overall. The whole process took about 3-4 months.

Had an initial hour long interview, then they asked me back for a second interview that included a 15 minute presentation. Both interviews were offered at very short notice with no option on time. The interviewers were different for the second interview. They were interesting to talk to about the role, my experience, and developments in their team, departments, and industry. I didn't hear back for three weeks after the second interview. I had to follow up several times asking for feedback, and they basically said they gave the job to an internal candidate. I was led to believe they were seriously interested and turned down other interviews. It felt like a box-ticking process and a waste of time.

There were two stages, both conducted via Teams, though the second was supposed to be in person. The first stage involved a CV review and competency-based questions about their values. The second stage included a presentation and questions about it. The presentation scenario had spelling and grammar issues. No outcome was provided until I emailed the recruiter for an update; I doubt I would have received it otherwise. I'm still waiting for feedback that I was told I'd get, and I don't think I will.
