The process kicked off with an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then an Assessment Centre held at the Bristol head office. At the AC, we had a few things to do: a presentation that we had to prep beforehand, a group exercise where we created and delivered a team pitch, an individual case study followed by a presentation to the assessors, and a roleplay focusing on how we interact with people. Honestly, the only part that really touched on needing to know the company's business was the presentation. Got a call back within a week after that. The whole thing took a few months, from applying in November to the AC in February.

Behavioral Other

I applied in February 2018. The process was pretty straightforward: an online application, followed by some games that acted as psychometric tests. Then there was a video interview with questions about day-to-day scenarios you might encounter if you joined the program, and finally, an assessment day. I stopped after the video interview because I couldn't understand the questions and couldn't replay them. It was a person speaking with a terrible accent, and they didn't show the questions written down. It's pretty silly to have people with strong accents and not write down the questions, just in case people globally aren't accent experts.

I applied online and the whole thing took about 3 weeks. To get to the telephone interview, you first had to pass a numerical test. The phone interview itself was about 30 minutes and was focused on skills. They asked pretty standard questions, some of which were mentioned in a previous review.
