The HR team was good and supportive, and the interview process happened very systematically. Thank you, IIFL team. They properly verified my previous employment and conducted a background verification. They also checked my communication skills. Thank you, IIFL team, for this wonderful opportunity.

So there were 3 rounds. First HR, then the team leader, and the last one was a salary negotiation with the floor head. They asked about my knowledge of demat and mutual funds, and it was pretty easy.

The interview had 3 parts. First was with the IT head, asking in-depth about my past projects. Second was with the CTO, focused on scenario-based questions about server issues and network operations. Finally, an HR round for behavioral questions.

Case Behavioral

It wasn't a great experience. The first and second rounds were good, focusing on product case studies and RCA. However, the third round was bad because the panelist was very rude to his employees and didn't realize his mic was on. The HR was also pathetic, never answering calls or emails unless they needed a document or to arrange the next round. Even after discussing salary expectations initially, they sent an offer close to my current salary with many unstated terms and conditions about working days, medical premiums, and salary deductions.
