I interviewed at IIFL via a HackerEarth hiring challenge. After the contest, I got a call after about two weeks. The next round was technical, but the interviewer seemed unprepared and had to look up questions. They asked about standard OOPS concepts and some ASP.Net stuff. I passed, and then waited another two weeks to hear back. The final round was a mix of technical and managerial: they grilled my resume, asked basic programming concepts, System Design, and OOPS. I cleared that too and got a call from HR within a week asking for documents for an offer. After that, I never heard back, despite calling and emailing multiple times.

The first round was a technical interview, lasting about 15-20 minutes. They asked me a lot of SQL questions, like how to update a table, what commit and rollback are. They also asked me to write a C program for a pattern, and I wrote one, but it wasn't quite right. After that, I had an HR call. The HR person was nice, and the first question they asked was to tell them about myself.
