First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ideal Image.
Clinic Manager
I had my resume reviewed by a recruiter who gave me a quick rundown of the job. Then, the district manager I'd be reporting to spent an hour interviewing me. It was nice that she started by asking about me and my passions, which made me feel more relaxed. Finally, I had one more brief interview with a district manager from a different region.
- Can you share an instance where you received feedback from a supervisor?
Nurse Practitioner
The interview process involved a Zoom call first, followed by an in-person meeting. The team was very friendly. They seemed to focus more on personality fit than on specific skills. The initial Zoom interview covered basic questions about my interest in the role. The second interview was an opportunity to meet with the clinic staff.

- Tell me about your interest in this particular position.
Inside Sales Representative
I got invited to a phone interview and they told me about all the perks and how the interview process worked. The email said they were excited to talk to me about the position. It had a link where I could pick an interview date and time and also take an assessment. I did the tests and picked a time. The confirmation asked if I completed the test, and I said yes. I got a few reminders about the time, but then I waited all day for a call that never happened. No email either. It was super unprofessional and a big waste of my time. I don't get why they couldn't even send a simple cancellation notice.

Registered Nurse Aesthetics
There were a few issues with the interview process, and I think Ideal Image might use a third party, leading to some time zone issues. However, overall, they were professional and pleasant. It's a large organization with 150 locations. I had two interviews: a screening call and a Zoom meeting. The screening call was more formal than I'm used to, with questions about the company, products, and services. The second interview had fewer questions than I anticipated based on the first. I recommend checking out their website to get familiar with their products and services, decide which ones you'll highlight, and understand how the company can be a good career move for you.
- Can you tell me about your two favorite products and the reasons why?
- Describe how you would handle an unhappy customer, including past experiences.
- What are your thoughts on discussing future care and new products with patients while they are receiving a service?
