I went through a three-interview process. First, I had a phone call with the corporate recruiter who was really prepared, easy to chat with, and seemed super enthusiastic about the company. Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with the district manager. He was professional and asked some really in-depth questions. The final interview was with the National Director over Skype, and he also asked detailed questions, just as you'd expect. The quality of the people involved in this process really impressed me.

I found the opening online and felt it was a perfect match, so I submitted my application. The Sr. Recruiter reached out via email to gauge my interest, and we scheduled a call for that afternoon. The initial call went great; it was a relaxed, hour-long conversation. She then proposed a Skype interview with the Regional Director as the next step. This second interview wasn't as positive. I felt I answered all her questions well, demonstrating my knowledge, experience, and readiness. However, her lack of enthusiasm was noticeable. She seemed overly focused on appearing professional and in control, showing no emotion throughout the Skype call. I believe she might be in the wrong role, especially for a company that values 'emotional' consultative sales, which requires a positive and engaging demeanor. She attempted to be intimidating, but I'm not easily intimidated. It's important to remember we're all equals.

Behavioral

This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had, a total waste of time and unprofessional. The interviewer had a rude attitude and didn't ask me anything about my skills, experience, or career goals. After my second interview, they immediately told me I wouldn't be successful, which was surprising given my qualified resume. They offered me a very mediocre job that I was overqualified for, which felt insulting.
