The interview process includes three interviews and one assessment. There's a screening interview, another one before the assessment, and a final one after it. All interviews, whether with HR or hiring managers, are professional and friendly. The focus is mainly on Excel skills, data estimation, and data gathering.

The hiring process was pretty unprofessional overall, and I wouldn't recommend this company. I went through 5 interview rounds over 2 months and still got ghosted. It's understandable if it was early on, but I made it to the final round and followed up on emails with no response, feedback, or explanation, which is a deal-breaker. The first round with HR was straightforward, asking basic behavioral questions like 'Why do you want to work here?' and about strengths/weaknesses. The second interview with a senior was also simple. Then, I had a two-week break to complete a research presentation on technology, which was the focus of the third interview. The fourth and fifth interviews involved different senior staff and had questions more specific to the role.

So it was like a four step thing. First they looked at my cv, then I had a phone chat with HR. After that, I had to do this take-home assignment where I wrote a report on something related to the job for 3 days. Then, there was like a one hour chat with the main research manager. Finally, I had to present my assignment to the whole team and the hiring manager. They did offer me the job, but then backed out because renewing my work permit was apparently too much paperwork for them. Really unprofessional, tbh.

Don't bother interviewing here. I had three interviews and was completely ghosted. One of the VP's tried to warn me that HR was unresponsive and that I could reach out to them if I hadn't heard back. After three weeks of not hearing anything and HR ignoring my emails, I naively thought the VP would be sympathetic, or at least not frigid, but instead she was cold and wished me "the best of luck". I don't understand how you can run a company where you feel it's ok to completely ghost candidates after three interviews. I could understand one interview, but THREE? I'm a human being, I deserve respect, especially after spending three hours of my time with you. It would take 30 seconds to shoot off an email saying you went with another candidate or any other thousands of excuses recruiters give. DO BETTER
