Contacted by an internal recruiter, I had a screening call then an interview with the hiring manager. The process was supposed to be hiring manager > team members > leadership. I met the hiring manager and it went well. Then I met with a VP and an Account Manager. Apparently, the feedback was positive. However, the Account Manager forgot who I was and reached out about a new role. After reminding them about our interview, it got awkward and I knew I wouldn't get the job. I interviewed with the VP of technology last. After a few weeks and some follow-ups, the recruiter told me they hired someone else. I suspected this would happen. The whole experience was strange, possibly due to internal issues. I might have taken the role, but I'm unsure about future conversations.

Started with a recruiter reaching out. Had four virtual interviews, followed by an in-person one in NYC. Two nights before the in-person, I got a surprise homework assignment: create a 60-120-180 day plan using their data and a 15-page PPT. I had to unexpectedly take off a day and a half from work to do it and travel to their office for a scheduled 1-hour interview that ended up being 2 hours. They asked the same questions from the previous four interviews. After all that, they showed zero respect for my time and decided not to move forward without any feedback or explanation. The same questions that got great feedback in four interviews were suddenly a problem after the fifth time. They got a great deck of free advice, which explains why leadership has bad reviews here. It seems "Leadership" wants a magic wand to fix their own ineptitude and get free advice. Ridiculous and disrespectful. I guess I dodged a bullet, so thanks for that.

I interviewed for this role and then they tried to bait and switch me into another role without being upfront about it. This was the 2nd time they tried this on me, the first time I figured it was the previous hiring manager (who left), but it happened again. I told them they sounded like a Mickey Mouse operation. Dont bother with these clowns

Applied direct. It took roughly 4 weeks to get contacted for an interview, and during that time my application status remained as 'new'. Once the interview was scheduled, picking a date was easy and fast. Right after the interview, the recruitment team called to check in on how it went, which was a nice gesture. The second stage involved a 40-minute presentation, which was scheduled fairly quickly, even during the holiday season. The recruiter was responsive and maintained contact even when they were out of office. I had to reschedule my interview, which was handled with understanding and promptly – they rearranged it for the same day I cancelled. I didn't get to finish the second stage because I accepted another offer, but they handled that with understanding and professionalism.
