Media Analyst
Applied on their website and then HR reached out via email to set up a phone interview with a Senior Media Analyst. The phone interview was exactly 30 minutes. Questions were taken from my resume, and I had about 5 minutes at the end to ask questions. HR followed up the next day asking me to come in for a 3-hour interview. The 3-hour interview started with a panel of 3 people: a Senior Media Analyst, a Project Manager, and an Assistant Director. Questions included analytical ones like 'How many people fly to and from San Francisco and LA in a typical day?'. The second part of the interview was a 1-on-1 session with a current Media Analyst where I could shadow and ask questions. The third part was a math test with basic questions about CPC and Excel, plus some basic math problems. The fourth part was another panel interview with 3 Senior Media Analysts. Questions were based on my resume and focused more on Adwords. The final part was an interview with the VP. No real questions were asked, just 'Tell me about yourself.' and if I had any questions for the VP. Overall, the interview took way too long for the position. I think it was a waste of resources because there's no good reason why 8 people need to interview one person for this role. The panels were also inconsistent; the first panel was friendly, but the second panel seemed hostile for no apparent reason. The VP was late, so we only had 15 minutes to talk instead of 30.

Media Analyst
I applied in mid-December and it took about a month to hear back. The whole process lasted around a month, with the interview happening just a few days ago. I didn't get an offer, but the managers mentioned they'd wrap up interviews in a few weeks. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed and the interviewers were nice. I spoke with the main manager and two other people. I haven't heard back yet, but I'm still hoping for a chance to work there.

Media Analyst
There were five interviews in total. The first was a recruiter screen. Then a technical interview with the VP of analytics about excel, which was a phone call. They asked me to walk through some excel functions. The third and fourth interviews were one on one meetings with my team and direct manager.
- Can you describe a data project you've worked on?
