The interview process involved two rounds of interviews, after which I would report to the Level 2 manager. There was also an HR round that covered aspects like personal background, family, education, strengths and weaknesses, accomplishments, motivation for joining, previous experience, a sales pitch, notice period, and salary discussions.

The interview process at Prudential Life Insurance is structured to identify candidates who align with the company’s values and possess the necessary skills for the role. While the exact process may vary depending on the position and location, it generally includes the following steps: Application Submission, Initial Screening, Live Interviews, Assessments exercises, Final Interview, and Offer and Onboarding.

The interview process started with a 50-question MCQ round covering SQL, Python, Java aptitude, data interpretation, and neural networks. Mostly, you had to figure out the output of given code snippets. This was followed by Round 2, which included two Personal Interview (PI) rounds: one Technical and one HR.

So, the campus placement here has 3 rounds. First, HR and their team give a company intro, talking about culture and the job. Then, there's a Group Discussion (GD) where everyone gets a topic and talks about it, to check how well you communicate, work in a team, and lead. Finally, a Personal Interview happens one-on-one, checking your technical skills, how you solve problems, and if you fit the company. It's a quick way to see if you can communicate, work with others, and have the right tech skills.
