It was a good interview process. The HR team was also supportive. The company emphasizes communication skills and provides training tailored to their needs. The interview is not overly difficult to pass if you remain focused.

The interview process included a group discussion followed by a one-on-one interview. We talked about strengths, weaknesses, and went over my resume. They also asked about my interest in the job, salary expectations, and how I'd approach management improvements. We discussed willingness to relocate, travel, past accomplishments, time management skills, and my reasons for applying for this specific position. They inquired about my education, family background, adaptability, competitive nature, motivation, and how I handle holidays, pressure, and career growth. Leadership experience, working with staff, my views on the working environment, working hours, reporting manager, and customer meetings were also discussed. I had a good experience with a company event and management. I mentioned I have a strong work ethic and excellent writing skills, always completing projects ahead of schedule.

The interview process involved an initial HR manager and sales manager interview, followed by an interview with the regional head. The interviewers were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. My interaction with HR Sudipta sir was particularly positive; he provided a lot of support.
