I was contacted via LinkedIn and directed to the recruiter to apply. The entire process took about 4 weeks. It was very transparent, with feedback after each stage. The first stage was with the HR recruiter. After passing, I immediately scheduled the second stage with the hiring manager. This was a dynamic interview, a very pleasant conversation where I felt comfortable. The third stage was a cross-interview, which I found very interesting as I hadn't done one before. Overall, the process was human and empathetic.

First, I did a general knowledge questionnaire, then there was a group activity where we were split into teams and had to solve a problem. After that, I had a presentation for HR and the Directors. It was a very different selection process and I learned a lot. During the process, I also noticed that the company tried to help develop the candidates in some stages, which I found super positive!

I had my first online interview with the recruiter, who liked our conversation, and I moved on to the next stage, which was at the aqwa corporate. In person at the office with the manager and the recruiter, it was a more technical interview. At the end of the interview, when everything seemed fine, I was told it was the last stage. The next day, they scheduled one more interview where the consultant talked to me for about 15 minutes, and the feedback was negative.

The whole selection process is very fast, organized, objective and transparent. In my case, my resume was retrieved from a previous selection process that I participated in but did not advance. The first stage is a 20 min call with the HR manager. Then we have an interview with the area manager and then a cross-interview with people from other areas to assess if your profile fits with Icatu. The final interview is with the manager and the HR manager to give feedback and present the proposal.
