I had a phone call with recruiter Raquel, who communicated excellently and clearly about the whole process. The second stage was with Carla, the hiring manager. It was a light, objective technical interview with clear information. The third stage was with Felipe from remuneration, a wonderful and very friendly interview. All processes were light and clear. I believe I will be very happy in this great company.

The interview went well... basic questions about my last experiences and qualities/flaws, role responsibilities and about the company. Everything went okay. But as usual in the corporate world, nothing is transparent. It wasn't my goal/dream to join the Icatu family. lol, but you only really get to know a company when you dedicate time to an interview and they don't give any feedback. Be it positive or negative.
