First, I did a general knowledge questionnaire, then there was a group activity where we were split into teams and had to solve a problem. After that, I had a presentation for HR and the Directors. It was a very different selection process and I learned a lot. During the process, I also noticed that the company tried to help develop the candidates in some stages, which I found super positive!

O processo se iniciou com a triagem de currículos e testes, seguido por uma etapa com o RH para conhecer minha trajetória e uma dinâmica em grupo. Depois disso, um pré-painel com a diretora de RH para feedbacks sobre minha apresentação, e o painel com os executivos apresentando minha trajetória. O processo foi muito humanizado, e todos foram muito solícitos, querendo apenas conhecer o candidato e sua história, sem constrangimentos.

when I applied, I had to take an English test and a math test. after that, I had an online group dynamic that lasted over 2 hours and was tiring. during the dynamic, the recruiter mentioned there would be a positive or negative response a week later (there really was an automatic email message). those who did well would still have an interview with the manager. but anyway, extremely bureaucratic.
