Consultant
The interview process started with an HR call focusing on your background, studies, professional experience, salary expectations, benefits, and the office. This was followed by a hierarchical interview assessing your consulting skills, team fit, and asking for project examples. The final stage was a partner interview, where you'll need to present your ideas on commercial and development strategies, covering organic growth, acquisitions, or international expansion.

- Tell me about your education and professional background.

Here's the timeline: Today (May 29) is the initial screening chat. By the end of this week (May 31), we'll have the first interview, maybe a portfolio or case study review. Early next week (June 2–4) is the second interview, where we'll discuss the team or a design task. Mid next week (June 5–6) is the final interview, possibly with the head of design or product, or HR. We'll make an offer decision and sort out paperwork by June 7–9. Then, the week of June 10 is for onboarding prep and contract signing, and the program starts on June 15. 🎉

Application Engineer Lead
The interview process started with an initial chat with the engineering lead, followed by a technical interview involving the team lead and a senior developer. I must say, my experience with IBM and the recruitment agency was quite disrespectful of my time. For the first meeting, I ended up waiting 20 minutes before having to leave the call, as I was informed the interviewer was stuck in a meeting. The interview was rescheduled, and then it moved to the technical interview stage, but after that, I never heard back from either the agency or IBM. They really need to get their act together. Everyone's time is valuable, and it's important to respect that.
- Could you explain the mechanisms of authentication and authorization?
SDR Manager
It was a good interview process, smooth and easy. It was a 3 step interview process. We started with HR screening, then the manager, then the director.
