The interview process started with an HR call focusing on your background, studies, professional experience, salary expectations, benefits, and the office. This was followed by a hierarchical interview assessing your consulting skills, team fit, and asking for project examples. The final stage was a partner interview, where you'll need to present your ideas on commercial and development strategies, covering organic growth, acquisitions, or international expansion.

Case Behavioral

The interview process had 3 tours. The first tour was supposed to be with a senior consultant and not include a case study. However, I was interviewed by a consultant who had just joined and couldn't answer my questions. They then gave me a case study, saying their colleagues do much easier logic tests. It makes no sense to propose a case study in the first round, and why did they need printed material because they didn't know all the practices? It was unprofessional and a waste of my time.
