The interview had a relaxed vibe, mostly focusing on concepts about C/C++, embedded systems, and operating systems. They also asked about my past experience to gauge my full potential for the company.

It started with a friendly chat where I introduced myself and we managed expectations. Then, unfortunately, in my opinion, there were outdated brain teasers like 'How many Smarties fit in a Smart car?', which felt a bit odd at the time. It wasn't long and wasn't very structured.

First, we introduced ourselves. Then, the managing director talked about the company's history. After that, there weren't any technical questions. We went through my resume chronologically, discussing each point. About two weeks later, I got the offer.

I applied in April 2023 and heard back 3 days later about an online interview. This interview was with 2 department heads and happened 4 days after the invite. They said I'd hear back by a certain date, which was 10 days later. After that deadline passed, I emailed both department heads 3 days later, but got no response. 9 days after that, I emailed HR (after doing a lot of online searching to find their contact info), still no response. 19 days later, I messaged HR on LinkedIn, and still no reply. I sent a second email to HR 11 days after that, and then 6 days after that, I got an automated rejection from the recruitment system. The whole process took 65 days!
