Individual interview with no group dynamics. It was with the department coordinator, HR, and management. They were interested in my previous experiences and foreign language skills. They also asked technical questions about automotive engineering subjects, such as giving examples of control systems in a car, knowledge of OBD, emissions, embedded electronics, communication protocols, and familiarity with the car's braking, steering, and suspension systems.
