The interview was fine. I met with a few people and they asked about my resume and skills. Last about two hours and went well. They were good people and I enjoyed the interview.

Recruiter
Had a few rounds, first with Internal TA, then the RPO Director for the account. After that, there was an online Assessment which was tough and needed to be done within a time limit. Then, an onsite interview with the client Stakeholders and the Hudson Global Account Director.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of the markets?
- What experience do you have with stakeholder management?
- What is your geographic knowledge and experience?
Talent Partner
Had a good initial chat with the recruiter based in the Philippines. Tried to book an interview using their automated tool, but it failed. After some persistence, I managed to schedule an in-person interview at Macquarie's main office in Martin Place. The interviewers were friendly, dressed casually, and got straight to business after brief small talk. They stressed that Macquarie isn't for every recruiter, highlighting that the clients and hiring managers can be demanding, though there's good team support. The RPO team had downsized and was backfilling with temporary staff. I was ultimately rejected via email with no feedback.
- Can you describe your approach to managing relationships with external recruitment agencies?
- How do you determine and manage your priorities?
- Could you walk me through your professional background and experience?
