Had a few rounds, first with Internal TA, then the RPO Director for the account. After that, there was an online Assessment which was tough and needed to be done within a time limit. Then, an onsite interview with the client Stakeholders and the Hudson Global Account Director.

So the interview process had four steps in total, including the initial screening call. First, there was a screening call where they introduced the company and expressed interest in me, and we discussed my experience. After that, I had a Zoom interview with two business leaders that lasted about 40 minutes. Then, I had to complete a Psychometric Assessment, which took around 3 hours. The final step was a second round of interviews, also via Zoom, which I did from home. The whole thing took about a month before they made an offer.

The process started with an internal recruiter, then I met the future manager, followed by a testing phase and a client meeting. The process felt a bit slow, though I wasn't actively looking for a job at the time. I found the client meet to be the most challenging part, as I wasn't really expecting a full behavioral interview.
