The first interview went well. The company person missed the second interview, wasting my time. The next scheduled interview went well. The company person missed the next scheduled interview AGAIN, wasting my time AGAIN. I should have realized then that this wasn't a company that valued people. The next scheduled interview went well. Then I was ghosted. Totally unprofessional. So glad God said no to this one!!!

Once you submit your application online, a representative from the home office will reach out to begin the process. You'll need to complete additional paperwork, followed by a phone interview. If both you and the company remain interested, they might invite you for an interview with a corporate recruiter at one of their locations. If that interview is successful, they'll arrange for an interview with the regional manager you'd be reporting to. The entire process, from submitting your application to the regional manager interview, can take a month or longer.

Behavioral Presentation

We had a short phone interview, it was just the two of us and it was a review of our previous work and education. Then we went in for an in-person interview at a facility and it was a great experience. The recruiter was really nice and asked a lot of questions. We've been in this process for two months now and we're still going. This week we have a Skype interview with the regional manager. We're really excited about it. I had to mark that we didn't get an offer yet because we haven't had that interview.
