The first interview went well. The company person missed the second interview, wasting my time. The next scheduled interview went well. The company person missed the next scheduled interview AGAIN, wasting my time AGAIN. I should have realized then that this wasn't a company that valued people. The next scheduled interview went well. Then I was ghosted. Totally unprofessional. So glad God said no to this one!!!

I was scouted by the regional manager. Had my first interview with them at a community (which they no longer managed). They asked about handling change with seniors and families. They offered me a position at one community, but then after they lost the management contract, the offer was changed to another community.

Behavioral Presentation

After a few phone calls, first with a recruiter and then a senior recruiter, I was flown out to Denver, CO. There, I had two panel interviews, each with two interviewers. The first panel consisted of Sandra Gainor and Stan Brown, and the second panel included Steve Sugar and Edwin Zephrin. These interviewers seemed to promise a resort-living retirement community, but it turned out they just wanted to fill the community with residents who could barely afford it and would need higher care soon after. This was different from the people I worked with later on.
