I interviewed with the hiring manager and they mentioned future questions they'd ask, like 'why highwire'. I never heard back after that, not even a rejection. It felt like they were just filtering people to move on to the company, which is fine, but a rejection email would have been nice.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with Highwire and really enjoyed it. I spoke with senior leaders, and each chat was informative, engaging, and gave me a good sense of who they were. Some even reached out afterward with more company info. The project part was my favorite part and showed me how they work. I got an offer, but I'm going with another role. It was a tough call though, I really liked Highwire.

I had a 30-minute call with the recruiter, and she asked me some behavior-based questions about time management and my interest in PR. It took about a month to set up the second interview. The second interview lasted around 3.5 hours. We were given 1.5 hours for two writing assessments, followed by a 30-minute break. After that, there was another 1.5 hours to meet with three team members from the agency. The interview was conversational. I met an account manager, an account director, and another intern. Everyone was really friendly. Be ready to talk about why you want the job.

Behavioral Other

The first interview I had was really strange. The HR person kept asking me specific questions about my company like "How much do clients pay for your services?" "Please provide a list of all of your clients along with their industries" They were definitely trying to see if they could potentially gain my current company's clients. They asked me questions like "What other companies are you interviewing with and how far are you in the process?" The person I spoke to went on a long spiel about the company that sounded like she was reading off a script, while also trying to add my name in there. When I specifically asked basic questions about PTO, healthcare, 401k, etc. She couldn't give me a straight answer, which I found odd considering that is part of her job. When I later admitted that I received another offer the HR person seemed offended and inquired where I was going. Overall, the interview made me uncomfortable, they seemed kind of desperate for employees which to me is a red flag.
