I interviewed with the hiring manager and they mentioned future questions they'd ask, like 'why highwire'. I never heard back after that, not even a rejection. It felt like they were just filtering people to move on to the company, which is fine, but a rejection email would have been nice.

The interview process was a 30-minute screening with HR, followed by 3 30-minute back-to-back interviews with people on the team. Immediately after that you'll be asked to complete a 2-hour assignment and submit your references. I think the 3 rounds and internship assignment can be broken up into separate rounds, but I understand how it would be more convenient to do it this way on their end. I made it to the final round and ultimately ended up not getting the position. The team was nice and communicative, but I would've appreciated that they provided me some feedback when I asked, considering the near 5 hours I spent interviewing for them.

The interview process was pretty standard. I had a chat with HR where they asked me some basic questions about my background and my motivation for wanting to intern at Highwire. It was pretty straightforward and the person I spoke with was nice. However, scheduling the interview was a bit of a hassle; it took them a couple of weeks to respond after I expressed interest. Also, I had to reach out to them to find out I didn't get the internship.
