The hiring process lasted 4 weeks and consisted of 3 rounds with HR, 1 manager, and 2 team members. It was pretty easy and straightforward. I had good experiences with the interviewers.

I interviewed with the Director, Associate Director, and a team member. It was conversational, and I expected experience/behavioral questions, but it was situational instead. They discussed things with me, and were super nice! I had technical issues and was late, which I felt bad about, but they were welcoming. It was a great interview experience, showing good company culture. I felt like I really wanted to work with these people and at this company.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. I first spoke with the HR recruiter. Then I had an hour-long interview with the entertainment team, which consisted of two people. They asked standard questions about how my experience related to the role. After the interview, I sent thank you emails and asked a question about the team structure that I missed during the interview. I didn't get a response. A week later, I followed up with both the HR recruiter and the hiring team. One team member was out of office, but still no response from anyone else. I reached out again the following week, two days in a row, because I wasn't getting a response. Finally, I received a text from the recruiter telling me to stop reaching out to the team and that it's bad practice to reach out continuously. This message was uncalled for and could have been avoided if they had been responsive to my initial inquiries. It felt unusually cruel to discourage an applicant who simply showed enthusiasm for the role, especially when candidates are often ghosted with no updates. Ultimately, I didn't get the offer, which was expected after that text message. It's probably for the best because I was definitely overqualified for an entry-level role that wasn't even paying $50K.

The entire interview process spanned about three weeks. The recruiter was very responsive and helpful with any questions or updates, which was great. When I interviewed with the team, though, they seemed hesitant to discuss work-life balance, training, and the work environment. I did try to get more information by emailing them after the interview, but I never heard back. Despite that, it was generally a positive experience.
