Disability Assessor
It was a bit of a mess, honestly. They seemed confused about what I was applying for, and this happened twice even though I'd corrected them. They actually invited me for the wrong position, and the interview had to be stopped after just a few minutes. Definitely not a great experience.

Human Resources
It was a multi-stage interview process with several managers and people from the company. The whole thing took a few weeks and communication was a little spotty, so I wasn't always sure what was going on. I don't think they ended up hiring anyone for the role.
- Can you describe a time you had to deliver bad news?
Client Relationship Manager
It was a 2 stage interview. First was an HR overview of the role. Then I met with 2 senior client relationship managers who asked me questions about what is expected in this role, managing situations, previous experience in similar roles, and my industry experience.
- Can you share your previous experience in a client facing role?
- Tell me about your experience managing different situations.
- What experience do you have in similar roles?
Client Associate
It was a super chill and open interview. The interviewers were happy to answer all my questions and really put me at ease. They also gave me clarification when I needed it. The questions they asked were clearly related to the job and the exercise they gave me was explained really well.
- What are your strengths that you think would be a good fit for this job?
