Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthPartners.
Customer Service Representative
I had 2 Zoom interviews with 2 different people. The second one was more focused on the job duties and what's expected, and to answer any questions I had.
- Can you share an instance where a patient was upset or frustrated and describe how you managed the situation?
Customer Service Representative
Even though I'm not a super experienced interviewee, the people interviewing me seemed to intentionally make the whole thing uncomfortable. I'm trying to look at it from a good angle, but honestly, they were hardly nice from the start. I really felt like I wasn't even being considered before we even started. Like I said, I don't have a lot to compare it to, but I really hope my future interview experiences are better. HealthPartners is supposed to be a good place to work. Maybe they were just having an off day.
- Can you share an instance where you found constructive criticism beneficial?
Customer Service Representative
I went through 3 interviews for this role, and they were super easy with very few questions. No need to stress too much about it, just show up and you'll be good. I got the job offer the very next day.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- Do you have any vacations planned in the near future?
